Thank you for applying for an INVISTA Trademark License Agreement (TMLA) for the LYCRA® fiber brand.
The LYCRA® fiber brand is a very valuable asset of INVISTA's and in connection with our efforts to protect it, we have provided this web site to help you apply for a TMLA.
Applying for a trademark license consists of the following three steps:
- Complete the online application and click “Submit request.” A license document will then be prepared in a PDF file.
- Please print and sign all three copies.
- Send all three copies to the address specified in the PDF.
After your application and documents are approved, INVISTA will return one fully signed TMLA to you for your files.
